About us
A club built on discretion, not display.
Imperium is a private members' club built around a single idea: the most extraordinary evenings are not found, they are arranged. We take private houses for the night, staff them, mask them, and fill them with people who have been chosen with care — Dragons, Mavericks and Nobles, our men, and Angels, our women.
Imperium, operated by Lakehaus Inc. (Delaware). Every arrangement is bespoke and leaves no trail. All communication happens inside this website — there are no emails, no telephone numbers. Telegram is also available live, 24/7.
§How it all started
A Manhattan living room, a single dinner, and a host named Maverick.
Imperium was never conceived in a boardroom. It began in a borrowed townhouse on the Upper East Side, where a man known simply as Maverick gathered a handful of friends for an evening that was deliberately unlike anything the city offered.
Maverick had spent years moving through the world's most polished rooms — galleries, private clubs, after-hours salons — and had noticed the same quiet absence everywhere: a place where accomplished men could meet women of equal composure, without the noise of public life. Not a dating service. Not a party. Something smaller, rarer, and far more deliberate.
That first dinner in New York set the tone. Masks were worn in shared rooms. Conversation was the only currency. Every guest had been invited by hand. By the end of the night, the question was not whether it would happen again, but how soon.
Word travelled the way trust does — slowly, then all at once. What began as one evening became a season. A season became a circuit. And the circuit became Imperium: a private league for those who understand that the finest experiences are not discovered by accident, but composed with care.
§Our story
Built for those whose time is the scarcest luxury.
Imperium began as a small circle of private dinners between people who had everything except an unhurried evening in remarkable company. Word travelled, the circle grew, and the club took its present shape: a season of curated events, Red Moon Dates between them, a dedicated concierge manager for every Maverick and Dragon, and a standard of screening that has never been relaxed.

Dimensions of screening
§What we believe
Four principles, never negotiated.
I
Discretion
Masks in every shared space, private suites, staggered arrivals and no photography. Nothing that happens inside a house leaves it. Bespoke, without a trail.
II
Curation
Ten dimensions of screening on both sides of the door. Every member is admitted by a person, never an algorithm.
III
Grace
A member never discusses money with an Angel. Every financial detail passes through the concierge, invisibly.
IV
Honesty
No commissions are taken from an Angel's allowance. Not a cent, not ever.
The men
Dragons, Mavericks and Nobles.
A Maverick wants flirty nights and an equal partner, and would rather a concierge did the searching. A Noble believes a successful man deserves attention. A Dragon wants no door closed to him anywhere on the circuit. All three are men who have built something and have no patience left for the hunt. None of them ever discusses money with an Angel.
The women
Angels — and, in Red Moon, Muses.
Every Angel is a real woman with a real life in her city — a genuine day job, an active career or an education under way. Strict no-professionals policy, no exceptions, in any city. She joins by referral or scouting, and she is screened across ten dimensions before she is ever seen. Inside Red Moon she is addressed as a Muse, and the men as Nobles.
§Screening
Ten dimensions.
01
Fitness
A real commitment to wellbeing.
02
Grooming
An innate sense of elegance.
03
Artistry
Creativity that enriches a room.
04
Intellect
Curiosity about the world.
05
Composure
Aware, steady, never reactive.
06
Discretion
Privacy understood instinctively.
07
Charm
Making one person feel singular.
08
Empathy
Warmth that is not performed.
09
Reliability
She does what she said she would.
10
Presence
The quality you notice last and remember first.
§How we operate
A club, a concierge and a circuit.
Three teams keep the season running — enrolment, who decide who joins; concierge, who serve each member privately in his city; and the house team, who take, staff and stage every venue.
§Company registration
Governed with discretion, operated with permanence.
Corporate entity
Lakehaus Inc.
Registered in the State of Delaware. While the company is the legal entity behind the brand, the operations of Imperium remain private and confidential, conducted exclusively for the benefit of its members.
Years in operation
2019 — 2026
Lakehaus Inc. was incorporated in 2019. Imperium has operated continuously since that same year, refining its membership, expanding its cities and deepening its standards — and the journey is still very much underway.
Expected
- State plainly what you would enjoy; the club arranges the room in which it can happen.
- Keep every conversation inside this website.
- Rate an evening honestly — Red Moon ratings decide how the club rewards a Muse at the next full moon.
- Arrive and leave an event entirely as you please.
Never
- A member never discusses money with an Angel. Not at an event, not on a Red Moon Date, not ever.
- No photography, no recording, no naming of members or Angels.
- No outside channels — no email, no telephone, no messaging apps.
- No professionals. Any breach of the no-professionals policy ends a membership.
Where the extraordinary becomes your everyday.
